RAA served as masterplanner and exhibition designer for this new museum situated in a landmark building designed be John Nash. The exhibitions house significant collections of instruments and manuscripts including such great treasures as masterworks of Amati and Stradivari violins and original scores from composers such as Purcell and Elgar. The museum is unique about music exhibitions as it is alive with performances, demonstrations, instrument making workshops, and daily encounters between students, teachers, instrument makers and museum visitors.
