Project Description
The exhibition draws upon an extensive electronic archive, a photo and video library, and 80 million documents to create an immersive, in-depth program that conveys the day-to-day work of the Clinton administration and its impact on people here and around the world. Inspired by the library at Trinity College, Dublin, RAA created a dramatic vertical space punctuated by floor-to-ceiling piers containing original documents from the presidential archives. On the main level, 16 policy alcoves and a 120-foot Time Line chronicle the Clinton presidency, along with a re-creation of the Cabinet Room. Mezzanine exhibits explore life in the White House and the President's biography, complemented by another re-creation, the Oval Office.
