Assist the Communications Director with the production of proposals, information packages, and press materials. Design proposal covers, posters, booklets, and other materials. Maintain photo, press, and corporate archives and website. Qualifications include technical proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, In Design, and PowerPoint in addition to Word and Excel. This individual's responsibilities are 40% administrative and 60% graphics. Prior experience in publishing, exhibition design, or museums is a plus. The successful candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be detailed oriented. This individual must have the ability to coordinate materials with in-house staff, be resourceful, be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment, and above all, be flexible.
